As soon as we met with Beth I wanted to cry. I knew that she would be able to handle anything and she did!! I didn't stress over anything on the big day because she was there. Even my MOH kept saying how amazing she was. She handled all of the little details, met our vendors, did an amazing job with set up, took our gifts/cards to our hotel room. She did so much and probably more behind the scenes than I know about! Working with Beth was a dream and definitely the best investment we ever made. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I am a very organized and planned person, so when a suggestion of a having a wedding coordinator was brought to my attention, I was not super interested. Beth was recommended by the venue I chose, so I decided that I should have a consultation anyway. After the first 10 minutes of meeting Beth, I knew I NEEDED her! She brought up small details I hadn’t even thought of. Beth has so much knowledge and experience when it comes to ANYTHING weddings. She knew catering secrets, ideas for decorations, vendors and much more. She even helped me contact people who hadn’t RSVP’d by the deadline (this was a lifesaver)
On the actual wedding day, she made sure everything ran so smooth. If there were any issues that day, I didn’t know about them! She kept it all under control and took all the stress off of not only me, but my mom!
So even if you do not think you need a coordinator, meet with Beth… she will make you change your mind and help make your wedding a dream come true!

I’m a some what laid back person, but I was worried I would end up being extremely anxious in my big day, I wanted everything to happen the way I wanted and when I wanted. When you’re the bride though this can be extremely difficult to accomplish, Moonstruck helped with all of that! I knew that they had envisioned the same look for the venue and ceremony site that I had, so on my big day I felt AMAZING, there were no worried anxious feelings. I knew it was going to be perfect with Moonstruck helping me. Moonstruck made sure everyone in the wedding party were where they needed to be when they needed to be there, they made sure everything stayed on time, they set up the venue site And made sure they ceremony site was perfect and ready to go. I appreciated everything they did and would recommend them for any event you would have.

I just want to thank you again for the amazing experience we had with you for Sadie and Trevor’s wedding. When we met you at Panera for the first time, I knew we had made the right decision having you as the wedding coordinator! I told Sadie that I was no longer worried how her wedding day was going to turn out. And we were not disappointed. From every detail in the rooms where everyone dressed to how smooth the ceremony and reception went. Even though we had a glitch with serving the food, no one knew it!! You are perfect for this job. I will recommend you to anyone who will listen. I also hope, down the road, whenever my sons get married, that I will be able to give them the gift of having you as their coordinator for their once-in-a-lifetime day!

We were so lucky to have Beth helping us with our wedding! As any bride knows the closer the wedding gets the more stress there is, especially if you are trying to plan every detail of the day. Beth was there to help minimize the stress leading up to the wedding and to completely eliminate it the day of. There wasn't anything that she wasn't prepared to handle, including an emergency like spilling BBQ sauce on my wedding dress! We knew from the first time we met Beth that we were going to be in excellent hands throughout the process. She took care of everything from the big details all the way to the small ones. Looking back at the day, if we wouldn't have had Beth I know the day would not have been as magical as it was with her. Beth gave everyone involved in the wedding a chance to relax and actually focus on being present in the day rather than stressing out about the details. Our day was perfect thanks to Beth! And most importantly she is an awesome person, who truly cares about making your day the best day of your life!
