Month- of - Coordination Package  (Most Popular) Investment $1000 This is the perfect solution for couples who prefer to do most of the planning on their own, but want to hire a professional for peace of mind when it comes to event day logistics and details. We will be at your service three (3) months prior to your wedding, and most importantly, on the actual wedding day.  Wedding Management Month of Services -What to Expect ​ Wedding Coordination begins 3 months prior to your Wedding and includes the following: (1)  2-hour initial meeting in-person three months out to review all details and logistics planned for the event. Vendor contracts reviewed and vendors re-confirmed. Vendor communication taken over, on the couple's behalf. Wedding timeline created (based on confirmation calls and our initial meeting) to plan for a seamless event. Unlimited emails and phone calls to tie up loose ends, and to answer any of your questions/concerns. 6 weeks prior to your wedding: (1) 1-hour organizational session in-person for vendor walk-thru to review the event timeline, floor plan and details. Unlimited emails and phone calls to tie up all loose ends, and to answer any of your questions or concerns. The week of your wedding: Navigate any last minutes needs/changes. Final vendor communication and confirmations. Provide client, vendors, etc with wedding timeline. ​ Day of Wedding​ Coordinate with all vendors + wedding party before & during ceremony/reception to ensure everyone is on schedule    ​ Manage vendors and decor set-up at ceremony & reception site     Organize & place all ceremony/reception items (guestbook, signs, photos, place cards, menus, favors, etc)     ​ Provide emergency kit & be the "go-to" person for any issues that may arise   ​ Facilitate wedding ceremony: line up wedding party for processional, direct down aisle & cue DJ/musicians     ​ Oversee gift & sign-in table     ​ Prep wedding party for grand entrance   Handle late‐arrival or non-rsvp guests     ​ Distribute vendor payments & gratuities (as needed)     ​ Make sure all vendors are out at a certain time   After Reception: Box all items for couple & ensure end of event arrangements are made    ​ Up to 10 hours of onsite management the day of wedding (5 hours included in package) Every Bride Deserves to be a Moonstruck Bride! ​ ​ ​ ​​
